WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF BUSINESS?
We are open Monday through Friday with varying hours.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sunflower Medicaid. I also accept cash, check , and charge, (including HSA) for co-pays and private pay.
HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
The initial intake session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Each session after the intake lasts 45 minutes to 53 minutes.
SHOULD I TAKE MY CHILD OUT OF SCHOOL FOR THERAPY SESSIONS?
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Just as you would take time off to go to the doctor, taking time off to attend therapy is just as important. While I do offer after school hours, they are limited and fill up quickly. Daytime appointments are generally excused by schools and I provide an excusal letter when requested.
DO YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATION
I do not prescribe medication. I do have a list of providers I refer out to if medication management is something you are interested in. This can be discussed further in your individual therapy session.
